Founded and operated by U.S. Air Force Security Forces veteran Grant Rushing, Mi Floor Coatings' work reflects his military discipline and attention to detail in the quality and reliability of its services. A Southeast Michigan native, Grant transitioned to entrepreneurship after his honorable discharge. To support fellow veterans, Mi Floor Coatings donates a portion of its profits to Mission 22, a nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness and promoting wellness among veterans, inspired by a study showing 22 veteran suicides daily.
